According to the notice issued by the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industries Association on 26th October 2023, Visitors should visit in a civilized manner to create a civilized exhibition environment. The following are some excerpts from the notice. Please cooperate proactively:

No surveys, opinion polls, leaflet distribution, fund-raising, or scanning QR Codes to distribute gifts are allowed without prior permission of the Organizer. Visitors shall not conduct any form of product promotion, service provision or advertising; Do not conduct other behaviors that are contrary to laws, regulations and social ethics.

Do not take photos or videos of strangers without permission; Visitors are prohibited to use flashes, selfie sticks, drones and equipment stands onsite without permission.

Without prior written consent from the Organizer, Visitors are prohibited from carryout out interviews onsite, commercial filming, self-media live broadcasts, recordings, lectures, performances and other non-exhibition activities; In case of special circumstances, Visitors must follow the instructions by onsite staff to evacuate in an orderly manner; Do not participate in, do not gather, do not watch, do not cheer and do not spread.
